Innovannd started five years ago with two sisters who were working mothers and had a vision for empowering qualified, stay at home parents with the ability to contribute financially to their household while working flexibly from home by outsourcing back office tasks.
Since then, we have grown to a team of nine contractors who work across various clients ranging from restaurant franchisors to private investment firms, managing $15.5 million spend annually across our portfolio. We’re very excited to expand into dental billing, as it is the perfect marriage of the future market and our current model.
Cassie Zwier - Co-founder
Cassie has a Masters in Social Psychology and a background in teaching, which she loves to use to set a culture of learning and collaboration within Innovannd. Every personality test she has ever taken said she should be in charge; she just never dreamed those skills could be used to enable a team of such dedicated stay at home moms to pursue both their goals for their families and for their careers.
Kayla Croskrey - Co Founder
Kayla Croskrey is a visionary and strategist who values hard work. With a background in Project Management and Human Resources Management, Kayla excels at process management as well as strategizing ways to build efficiencies and automation. Kayla has a Bachelor’s in Business as well as a Masters in Human Resources and Project Management and understands the value of building successful relationships to accomplish your goals.
Natalie Wanzel - Chief Operations Officer
With a background in technology and customer service, Natalie gained the skills that are vital to keep up with this fast paced world. With an attitude of resourcefulness and flexibility, Natalie has been team lead and COO for several years and is personally involved with each new client. We are consistently working to stay ahead of our competitors and can’t wait to see how we can help your business excel.
